What is House Keeper?

House Keeper is the Military Veteran Team's own AI assistant for agents. You talk to it like a teammate after a showing, a call or a meeting, and it keeps Follow Up Boss up to date for you: notes, follow up tasks and appointments. It only ever sees and changes your own leads.

There are two ways to use it:

Call 727-591-4570 from the cell phone number on your Follow Up Boss profile. Best in the car or right after a showing.
Open this website on your phone or computer to see your day, your clients and everything House Keeper did for you.

What you can do today

Hear your day: today's appointments and open tasks.
Look up a lead by name: stage and last activity.
Save a note on a lead: showing feedback, what they want, budget, next steps.
Create a follow up task with a due date.
Book an appointment, with or without a lead.
Ask about MVT: the Handbook, the Team Agreement, the MVT Hub, the MVT Community and who to contact.
Calendar help: if your Google Calendar is not connected to Follow Up Boss, it emails you the 2 minute steps.

On the website

My Day: appointments, tasks due and new leads for any date. Mark tasks done.
My Clients: search your leads, open one to see notes and tasks.
Add a note, a task or an appointment from any client page.
Assistant: a history of everything House Keeper did for you.
Insights: your tier, lead cap, answer rate and met rate from the MVT agent metrics.

How to

Call House Keeper

Call 727-591-4570 from the cell number on your Follow Up Boss profile. That number is how it knows it is you.
Give your name and say the MVT team access phrase when House Keeper asks for it. Ask your Area Leader or onboarding@militaryvetteam.com if you don't know it.
Say what you need in plain words, one thing at a time.
It tells you what it saved, so you can correct anything right away.

Things you can say:

"What's on my schedule today?"

"Add a note to Jane Smith: loved the kitchen on Oak Street, worried about the roof age, budget up to 450."

"Remind me Friday to send Jane listings under 400 with a garage."

"Book a showing with Jane Smith tomorrow at 2 PM at 123 Main Street."

"Look up Sam Johnson."

Sign in to the website

Open mvt-house-keeper.netlify.app and type the email on your Follow Up Boss profile.
Check that inbox for an email from automation@militaryvetteam.com with a 6 digit code. Check spam the first time.
Type the code. You stay signed in for 12 hours on that device.

Save a note, task or appointment on the website

Open My Clients, search the name and open the client.
Tap Add note, Add task or Book appointment, fill it in, and tap Save to Follow Up Boss.

FAQ

House Keeper says it can't match my phone number.

Call from the cell number on your Follow Up Boss profile. If that number is wrong or shared with someone else, ask MVT Onboarding (onboarding@militaryvetteam.com) to update your FUB profile.

Why does House Keeper ask for a team access phrase?

The phone line is for MVT team members only, so it checks the team access phrase before it answers team questions or opens Follow Up Boss. Your Area Leader or onboarding@militaryvetteam.com can give it to you. Never share it outside the team.

I didn't get the sign-in code.

Check spam and promotions, and make sure you typed the email on your Follow Up Boss profile (often a personal Gmail). Codes work for 10 minutes. You can ask for up to 3 codes every 15 minutes.

It says sign-in for my email is locked.

After 10 wrong codes, website sign-in for that email locks for 24 hours to keep your clients safe. The phone line still works. If you did not cause it, tell onboarding@militaryvetteam.com.

Can House Keeper see other agents' leads?

No. It checks every lead and only shows or changes leads assigned to you in Follow Up Boss.

Does it text or email my clients?

No. It never calls, texts or emails your clients. It only writes to Follow Up Boss for you, and it can text or email you links you ask for.

Where do the notes and tasks show up?

In Follow Up Boss, on the lead, marked "(MVT Assistant)". If your Google Calendar is connected to Follow Up Boss, timed tasks and appointments show there too.

My Google appointments are missing from My Day.

Your Google Calendar is not connected to Follow Up Boss yet. In Follow Up Boss go to your initials, then My Settings, then sign in with Google and allow email and calendar. Or ask House Keeper on the phone for calendar help and it emails you the steps.

Is House Keeper the same as House Whisper?

House Keeper is MVT's own assistant. It does the same core job House Whisper does in Follow Up Boss (notes, follow up tasks and appointments from what you tell it), and more features are being added.
